Fume Master is made of especially anti corrosive coated steel structure with aluminum impelled dully coated. The fume master is designed to blow or exhaust smoke or fume at very high volume and speed. The is also designed to delivery fresh air. A Strong steel structure with suitable mounting for engine / motor with lockable Castor wheels. The structure is fixed with anti-vibration pads and Swivel type wheel. VAYUVENTS Fume Exhauster Cum Air Blower is made out of special mild steel structure with heavy duty closed dynamically balanced Impeller to deliver 3000cfm of air @100mm water column ( WC) having design temperature of 20°C and operating temperature of 40°C.The Impeller is coated for anti corrosive protection from gases.The equipment is driven with a powerful Electric Motor.The Motor and Starter are of reputed make and Flame proof in nature ensuring their use even in Battery areas.The equipment has an adjustable port for varied delivery of air and is trolley mountedwith anti vibration pads and swivel type lockable castors for ease of mobility in the field.Air ventilation Blower is to be used for providing fresh air, de-smoking and gas freeing applications. Also the exhauster can be deployed for removal of fumes, gases and foul smell within the confined section or alternately for supplying fresh air via ducts within the confined section of the work zone. Operational Requirements 1. The should be Compact for ease in transportation as well as fitment The size of the fan should be 16” and all the blades should be dynamically balanced designed to provide powerful airflow 2. The Blower should also be portable and lightweight, weighing less than 20 KG (without canister, adapter and ducts). 3. Casing should be tough, double walled and made of polyethylene or superior material which is weather, chemical and dent resistant in nature. 4. The Body of the Blower should be nonmetallic to prevent rust in different environments like marine environments. Also the body MOC should be UV resistant since the blower is expected to be deployed outdoor for continuous ventilation deployment. 5. The Device should not generate high noise and the max noise level should be 80 decibels 6. It should be capable of providing High free airflow rate of minimum 3000 to 3700 CFM 7. The equipment should have simple operation with single ON/ OFF switch. Thermal Switch should be provided for overheat protection 8. The blower should be supplied along with quick couple Canister having inbuilt handle/ carrying arrangement. The Canister should be able to house the entire length of the folded duct as well as able to be fitted with the Blower on either side of discharge or suction. The quick couple canister should be attachable and detachable within 30 seconds and suitable for quick deployment.
